Due to COVID-19 emergency, the Registrar's Office has transitioned to a remote work arrangement for all staff until further notice. Paper transcripts will be processed within five business days; however, there may be delays in delivery due to mail pickup. Electronic transcripts are being processed regularly and are the recommended transcript type during this time. Rush delivery and in-person requests for transcipts are not available.
Official Pitt-Johnstown transcripts and enrollment verifications may be ordered electronically or through the Office of the Registrar.
You may receive your transcript as a secure, certified PDF, or by mail, or by rush delivery. Please note that some institutions and employers may not accept electronic versions. You must also place an online order to have your transcript mailed.
Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. The official transcript fee is $5 for the electronic PDF version. The fee is $6 when ordering the transcript to be sent via U.S. Mail. If you want your transcript sent via Rush Delivery within the continental United States, the fee is $31 ($6 + $25).
Note: To have a transcript sent International Rush Delivery there is a $6 transcript fee and the student will be responsible for providing a prepaid addressed envelope to the Office of the Registrar.

The Office of the Registrar will provide over-the-counter services for current and former students who provide a valid photo identification:
- 3 official transcripts "Issued to Student" (additional copies will carry a fee)
- 1 unofficial transcript "Issued to Student"
Students can request Enrollment Verifications online, but can also choose to have these documents delivered via email through the secure, electronic PDF delivery process.
