George "Skip" Glenn

  • Chair and Assistant Professor Marketing and Entrepreneurship

Having over a decade of teaching marketing, I am looking forward to bringing many great cases and opportunities to inspire and engage students at UPJ. My travels and work have taken me to South America, Middle America, Caribbean, Africa and Europe and thus giving me many opportunities to see how the world works both in inside and outside the US. Also, I have had the privilege to bring my experience to students at Fashion Institute of Technology (NYC) in the International Trade and Marketing Department and Saint Vincent College's McKenna School for Business. The key for success in this critical area of enterprise is to be vigilant for opportunity and change in the marketplace. In today's rapidly evolving markets, my job will be to plug you into the latest and greatest channels and tools while being grounded in core marketing principles that will continue to serve you well into the future. As an active professional in marketing, I deliver fresh every day so you can be ready for the new world of marketing and enterprise.

Here is a sample of what usually I teach every year:

Principles of Marketing Consumer Behavior Marketing Research
Integrated Digital Marketing Social Media War Room Marketing Tools & Analytics
Entrepreneurs Idea Lab Made In Ecuador
(Spring Break)
Plus3 Ecuador
(Maymester)
