Counseling Services are strictly confidential and all records are covered under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).
Office staff are not permitted to disclose any information about a student without the student's signed consent. This not only includes the content of counseling sessions but extends to any information about attendance to counseling appointments. However, the counselors are willing to receive important information about your son or daughter that you believe is important.
