Penny serves as the Director of RealWorld Career Services where she oversees numerous efforts related to career development services and resources for Pitt-Johnstown students. Penny is a licensed, professional counselor and certified in both the MBTI and the Strong Interest Inventory. Penny holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Penn State University. Penny is a member of National Career Development Association (NCDA), American Counseling Association (ACA), and National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

Janna is currently the Assistant Director of RealWorld Career Services, where she meets regularly with students to help determine their future career path. She also maintains all social media content and events for the office. Janna recevied a Bachelor's degree from Pitt-Johnstown in Business Management and a Master's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Business Administration. She is certified in Strong Interest Inventory assessments and a member of National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and American Association for Employment in Education (AAEE).

Kim has been with Pitt-Johnstown for 26 years. She helps students with career planning and job search strategies. She also plans the Job and Internship Fair and Graduate School fairs. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Pitt-Johnstown in Journalism. She is certified in Strong Interest Inventory assessments and is a member of NACE.
