It is required that a final official high school transcript indicating a high school graduation date and your final senior grades be mailed to the Pitt-Johnstown Admissions Welcome Center. Please contact your high school guidance counselor and they will prepare and mail the transcripts during the summer months.
Please be sure to have your final high school transcripts sent to:
Admissions Welcome Center
157 Blackington Hall
University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown
450 Schoolhouse Rd.
Johnstown, PA 15904
Failure to submit your final high school transcript prior to the beginning of the fall semester may result in rescinding admission or a hold being placed on your university account.
If you are planning to participate in an NCAA sport while in college, or are even considering it, you should submit a Student Request Form (SRF) to the NCAA Initial Eligibility Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse will determine if you are eligible to play at either the Division I or Division II level.
Pitt-Johnstown competes at the NCAA Division II level. No student athlete is able to participate unless he or she has been certified through the NCAA Clearinghouse.
If you have any questions concerning the NCAA Eligibility process, you should ask your high school coach or Athletic Director.
