The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown is committed to providing quality health care for our students. In order to provide these services, all students are required to have an up-to-date health record on file with Health Services, including documentation of current immunization status.

 What's Next?


The health record is to be completed online at campusservices.upj.pitt.edu after the $100 tuition deposit has been processed.

Health forms should be completed before the start of classes in the fall.
