It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of two dedicated and talented employees who have distinguished themselves with many outstanding contributions to our community over the years.
Ms. Joyce Radovanic has accepted my offer to serve as the Assistant to the President for Community Engagement. A member of the President’s Cabinet, Ms. Radovanic will provide executive leadership and coordination for the all of the Campus’ strategic initiatives in the Greater Johnstown community. In addition, Ms. Radovanic will continue to oversee the Conference Center and PPAC and will provide administrative leadership for Murtha Center operations.
Mr. Bob Knipple, currently Executive Director for Community Relations, is hereby promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs. In this role he will work closely with the Vice President of Student Affairs to advance a wide range of student initiatives, including leadership of Career Services, the Real-World Action Program and a range of special projects. It is expected that Mr. Knipple will coordinate and lead the implementation of various initiatives designed to prepare our students for professional success after graduation, including expanding placement in internships and increasing civic engagement.
The individuals appointed today bring a wealth of experience to these critically important roles and I am confident we will see many more impressive contributions from both in the years ahead. Please join me in congratulating Ms. Radovanic and Mr. Knipple as they transition to their new responsibilities.
Please join me in congratulating our colleagues.
