PITTchFEST 2017 Welcomes Innovators

Entrepreneurs, dreamers, and innovators are invited to make a pitch for cash and services to a panel of fellow entrepreneurs and business leaders at the fifth annual PITTchFEST 2017, which is set for June 1, at the War Memorial Arena in Johnstown.

PITTchFEST is co-sponsored for a fifth consecutive year by the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown’s Entrepreneurship Program, the Greater Johnstown / Cambria County Chamber of Commerce, and Johnstown Area Regional Industries. It is part of Pitt-Johnstown’s commitment to Real World action.

The event will be part of the 27th annual Showcase for Commerce.

Take your idea or prototype to the next level and win prizes of $1,000 or more and support services from backers.

There are two categories this year:

  • Student Team. Must be in a current undergraduate program or have an undergraduate degree in 2016 or after.
  • Proficient Team. Non-student or graduate student with an undergraduate degree before 2016.
