With the dawn of the 2015-2016 membership year, the Pitt-Johnstown Alumni Association has made exciting changes to the Association membership structure. This year, the Alumni Association Board of Directors Association recognized the need to proactively become more inclusive and better serve all of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown’s over 21,000 alumni. This is a large and diverse group, and it is the goal of the Pitt-Johnstown Alumni Association to serve not a few but all our proud graduates.
On Saturday, January 17, 2015, the Pitt-Johnstown Alumni Association Board of Directors unanimously approved significant changes to its bylaws, creating free, basic membership for all alumni and a new, “Gold Membership” status for current lifetime members and those who wish to enjoy certain benefits currently associated with membership.
