Students can choose from two options in Biology: a Traditional concentration and a Terrestrial Ecology concentration. Both programs offer a contemporary biology curriculum emphasizing substantial laboratory work and/or field experience. The traditional program provides excellent preparation for entry into medical school, dental school, and other health fields; it also prepares students for advanced study in biological sciences and related career areas. Terrestrial Ecology focuses on the evaluation and management of the environment.
