Accelerated High School Students

The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown admits a limited number of outstanding high school students who have completed the junior year of college preparatory curriculum of their high schools. This program permits talented students, with the agreement and support of secondary school officials, to accelerate their education by attending UPJ full-time in lieu of their senior year or to take a set number of classes on a part-time basis.
