Consistent with our commitment to continually improve our level of customer service we are pleased to announce: eBills
No paper bills will be generated.
Ebills are posted each month, between the 18th and 20th, in PittPAY when there are new or unpaid charges on the student account. We will send an e-mail to your official University e-mail account announcing that your eBill is available. eBills will then be available to view and pay in PittPAY.
Here is how you access your eBills:
In PittPAY you can also Authorize Payers (parents, guardians, spouses, third parties) who can then access and pay your eBills. E-mail notices of eBill postings will also be sent to Authorized Payers. Authorized Payers will be able to access PittPAY at: http://student-info.pitt.edu.
Returning students have access to set up Authorized Payers at any time. New students will be able to set up Authorized Payers once the first e-mail notice that an eBill is available in PittPAY is received.
Please note that official notifications and documents will be sent to your University e-mail account, and you will be held responsible for them per University Policy. Please do not delay in confirming your username and password if you do not know them.
