     Head Coach Pat Pecora (34th season) and the No. 10-ranked Pitt-Johnstown Mountain Cat wrestlers will open the 2009-10 dual meet season on Friday at 7 p.m. in the Sports Center against No. 16 West Liberty (WV) University.  Any fan who brings a non-perishable food item will receive a voucher good for two free admissions to a future Pitt-Johnstown wrestling match or basketball game in the Sports Center.  All items will be donated to the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen in time for Thanksgiving...      Head Coach Sasha Palmer and the Pitt Johnstown Lady Cat basketball team will play host to the 2009 Lady Cat Classic, Saturday and Sunday afternoons in the Sports Center.  On Saturday, Slippery Rock University will take on Lake Erie (OH) College at 1 p.m., followed by Pitt-Johnstown battling Georgian Court (N.J.) University game at 3 p.m.  The Classic will wrap-up on Sunday with Georgian Court playing Slippery Rock at 1 p.m.  The Lady Cats will play Lake Erie at 3 p.m.  This year's event is sponsored by Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn and Cummings Trophies & Engraving...      11/10/09...Pitt-Johnstown senior defender Emily Babik (St. Mary’s, Pa.) earned 2009 Second-Team Women’s Soccer All-WVIAC Women’s Soccer Team honors, while senior midfielder Kristin Kelly (Bethel Park, Pa.) and freshman forward Lindsey Roessler (Chalfont, Pa.) were Honorable Mention All-WVIAC selections when the teams were released on Tuesday.  The Women’s Soccer All-WVIAC Teams were voted on by the league’s head coaches..
