Education: B.S., Geology, Pitt-Johnstown (1980); Graduate work in Applied Hydrogeology, Millersville University and Pennsylvania State university.

Professional Licenses: Licensed Professional Geologist--Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of North Carolina.

Notable Accomplishments: Member of PADEP Cleanup Standards Scientific Advisory Board (CSSAB); Rotary Intenational Paul Harris Fellow; Past President of The Rotary Club of Altoona-Sunrise; Guest Speaker--2002 Pitt-Johnstown Honors Convocation.

Past Positions: Staff Geologist/Project Manager, Benatec Associates, 1981-1989; Soils Technician, ATEC Associates, 1980-1981.

Personal Statement: "The educational experience I had at Pitt-Johnstown was instrumental in the development of the career path that led to my position today. By maintaining contact with past students, the faculty at Pitt-Johnstown is very aware of what types of companies employ their students and more importantly have a very good idea of the skillls and knowledge that employers are looking for in potential employees.  The smaller class size allows for better one-on-one prefessor/student interaction and pormotes the development of long lasting professional relationships between students and faculty alike."
