Move-In Times and Information

Check-in for all students is between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00 p.m., Sunday, January 6, 2013.  Please consult the list below for your check-in location.  Please report to your designated check-in station to receive your keys and all appropriate materials:
 

Living Learning Center (LLC) – Rec Room Located on Lower Level of Facility

College Park Apartment (CPA) – Front Lobby Located on First Floor of Facility

Cascade, Woodland, Timberline, Wilderness, Highland, and Summit Townhouses – Timberline 8

Hawthorn, Briar, Larkspur, Heather, and Foxfire Lodges – Hawthorn 5

Sunset Lodges – Sunset 5

Willow, Oak, Maple, Laurel, Hickory, and Hemlock Halls – Main Lobby of each respective Hall

 
If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., keys will be available until 10:00 p.m. from the on-duty Residence Life Staff in your respective facility. 

The Office of Housing and Residence Life wants you to be comfortable while you are part of our community.  We suggest you download the document below for use in deciding what you want to bring with you to campus.  We also encourage you to contact your roommate(s) and decide between yourselves who will bring what items to avoid duplicating items.

Also included in this document is a list of items that you will need to leave at home.  Due to the nature of our facilities and a need to consider safety/security concerns, you may not be able to bring every type of item you would like.  Please reference the document below, and the Living on Campus publication, for more detailed information.
