Chelsea McKinney Earns Two Third Place Finishes at Slippery Rock Track & Field Invitational 03/25/06...Senior Chelsea McKinney (St. Petersburg, Pa.) led Pitt Johnstown with third place finishes in both the 200m and 400m races at Saturday's Slippery Rock University Track and Field Invitational. McKinney ran a 27.81 in the 200m, before finishing with a 102.19 in the 400m. The Pitt Johnstown 4x400m relay team with Jill Maurer (Johnstown, Pa.), Lara Groetzinger (Cumberland, MD), Jen Miller (Johnstown, Pa.) and Carrera Manfredi (Kittanning, Pa.) placed third at 5:08. In addition, sophomore Krista Britcher (Johnstown, Pa.) placed eighth out of 23 competitors in the Shotput with a throw of 32'11". The Lady Cats travel to the Carnegie Mellon University Invitational on Saturday.
