Lindsay was a three-time Mid-Penn All-Star selection who averaged 11 points and seven rebounds per game as a senior. Lindsay also averaged 3.4 assists, 2.6 steals and 1.6 blocks per game during the 2004-05 season. In addition, she shot 84.7% (94-111) from the free-throw line on her way to being named Big 15 Honorable Mention. Lindsay led her team to three undefeated Mid-Penn Keystone Championships and a 76-10 overall record.
She finished her high school career with 773 total points. Following her senior season, Lindsay participated in the Mid-Penn vs. Keystone All-Star Game and the Pennsylvania vs. Maryland All-Star Game. She was also a member of the Capital AAU team.
Lindsay is the daughter of Tom and Maggie Cale. She played for Head Coach Bob Heusser at Lower Dauphin High School.
