A non-tenure-track position beginning August 2014.
Master’s degree in Finance or Business required; teaching experience at the college level required; professional experience and relevant certification in finance desirable; advanced graduate study beyond a Master’s desirable.
Teaching load is four courses (12 credits) per semester. Courses that may be taught include Principles of Finance and upper-level courses in finance, such as financial modeling, investments, portfolio theory, international finance, corporate finance, or capital budgeting. The successful candidate will also be expected to assist in all departmental operations, including academic advising and career counseling, and to engage in appropriate professional development.
Business is a four-year baccalaureate program that offers concentrations in accounting (financial and managerial), finance, information systems, management (general and human resources), management information systems, and marketing. Introductory courses in finance are taken by all Business majors.
