Smith spent three seasons as an assistant at Southern New Hampshire where she helped guide the team to three-straight 10-win seasons for the first time since 1995-97 and a 33-20-7 (.608) overall record.

Southern New Hampshire earned three Northeast-10 tournament appearances, including the program’s first-ever tournament championship in 2012 and a berth in the NCAA Tournament that same year.

Smith, who graduated from Franklin Pierce in 2010 with a degree in Sport and Recreation Management, garnered ESPN the Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-America honors as a senior and was Franklin Pierce's Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior.  Smith recently earned a Master's Degree in Sport Management at Southern New Hampshire.
