     Junior shortstop Michael Schulze from Missouri Western State University and senior pitcher Harvey Martin from Minnesota State University headline the 2013 Daktronics, Inc., NCAA Division II All-America baseball team, earning the Ron Lenz Player and Pitcher of the Year awards respectively.

     A total of 48 student-athletes, representing 39 institutions were named to either the first, second or third team All-America squad, while 18 were named honorable mention.  Members of the NCAA Division II College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) selected the All-America teams. The All-America team is sponsored by Daktronics, Inc., an acknowledged world leader in scoring, timing and programmable display systems for virtually every sport at every level of competition. Daktronics has sponsored the baseball All-America program since 2007.

     Warner, also a two-time first-Team All-Conference choice, led the Mountain Cats in batting average (.420), hits (74) runs (46), RBI (40), and total bases (99).  Nationally, Warner ranks third in NCAA Division II in toughest to strike out (33.8), seventh in batting average (.426), 44th in hits (74), and 67th in runs per game (1.02).
