Pitt-Johnstown Information Technology Support Desk

The Pitt-Johnstown Information Technology (PJIT) Support Desk provides technology assistance to faculty, staff and students regarding all forms of university technology.

To request assistance from the PJIT Support Desk:

  • Browse to the PJIT Support Desk. 
    • Browse to the PJIT Support Desk.
    • Provide the requested information
    • Provide your University Computer Account if known
    • Provide a description of your problem.
    • PJIT Analysts will review your ticket and respond as soon as possible.


  • Call the PJIT Support Desk at: 814.269.PJIT (7548).
    • Provide the Support Desk Operator with information as requested.
    • The Support Desk Operator may be able to assist you immediately.
    • If necessary, the Operator will submit a Support Desk ticket on your behalf.
    • PJIT Analysts will review your ticket and respond as soon as possible.


  • Text the word PJIT to 814.886.1600.
    • When requested, text your University computer account (or NONE if you have no account).
    • When requested, text a brief description of your problem.
    • You will receive a ticket confirmation number.
    • PJIT Analysts will review your ticket and respond as soon as possible.
