There is a minor in Art History offered at Pitt-Johnstown. In order for a student to qualify for a minor in Art History, they must complete 18-credit hours in Fine Arts courses, with a minimum 2.0 QPA overall for those courses.
Students must take the following two classes:
These two courses give a strong, broad overview of the history of art, and naturally lead to further exploration in more detailed surveys of individual periods and movements.
