     04/09/13... (Game 1) (Game 2) After winning game one of a WVIAC doubleheader over the Mountain Cats on Tuesday at Point Stadium, Concord (WV) University erased a three-run deficit with three runs in both the sixth and seventh innings to earn the sweep with a 6-3 victory in the nightcap.  Jeff Campbell (Brackenridge, Pa.) belted a two-run homer for Pitt-Johnstown, now 17-15 overall and 8-12 in the WVIAC Northern Division.
     In the opener, Concord broke a 1-1 tie with a run in the sixth, before adding an insurance run in the seventh to secure the 3-1 win.
     Drew Ebersole (Martinsburg, Pa.) had an RBI double, while Mike Palkovitz (Mechanicsburg, Pa.), Kyle Morrow (McVeytown, Pa.), Matt McGee (Beech Creek, Pa.), and Sam Barbera (Harrisburg, Pa.) also collected hits for the Mountain Cats.
     Ryan Socol (Pittsburgh, Pa.) suffered the loss and fell to 2-2 after surrendering just two runs on six hits in 5.2 innings.  Nate Plummer (Bellwood, Pa.) allowed a run on one hit in 1.1 innings in relief.
     In the nightcap, Campbell's two-run blast to left center gave Pitt-Johnstown a 3-0 lead after four innings, but Bret Blevins' three-run homer in the sixth tied it, before the Mountain Lions added three more in the seventh to set the final at 6-3.
     Jake Warner (Dillsburg, Pa.) went 4-for-4 with an RBI, and Campbell homered, singled, and drove in a pair for Pitt-Johnstown.
     Logan Fluke (Everett, Pa.) tossed the first six innings and gave up three runs on seven hits, while fanning five.  Andrew Keirn (Dillsburg, Pa.) took the loss in relief after allowing three runs in 1/3 of an inning.
     With the sweep, Concord improved to 21-15 overall and 16-6 in the WVIAC Southern Division.
     Pitt-Johnstown will host a three-game WVIAC Northern Division series against Alderson-Broaddus (WV) College on Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m. at Point Stadium, before traveling to Davis & Elkins (WV) College on April 17 for a conference doubleheader.
