The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (UPJ) invites applications for a tenure-stream, full-time position at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Psychology. The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, founded in 1927, is the first and largest regional campus of the University of Pittsburgh. Responsibilities include a 12-hour teaching load per term and an active research program including supervision of undergraduates, along with departmental, divisional, and college-wide service activities. Teaching duties will include Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Statistics and Lab, Psychology of Learning and Advanced Seminars in one’s specialty area. Additional courses, such as Psychopharmacology, Research Methods or Child Development may be available also.
• Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Psychology, August 26, 2013, with a concentration in Experimental Psychology.
