Choosing a Major

With more than 40 majors at UPJ, students have many options to explore.  The ASC advisors assist students with their advisement needs and goals.

• Students learn to assess their interests, skills and values and identify how they relate to the careers in which they have expressed interest.
• Students learn how to explore majors and careers.
• Students learn about General Education requirements and make progress toward completing those requirements while they explore different majors.
• Students receive assistance with registration.
