Dr. Berger teaches courses in Labor Economics, Money & Banking and Environmental Economics. He has published several articles on the economics of deposit insurance and the S&L debacle of the 1980s. His research interests are varied and focus on the areas of drug prohibition, globalization and outsourcing, immigration, securities regulations, and the economics of global warming.
