Men's Soccer Drops 3-0 Decision at Shepherd
     10/21/12... (Box Score) Shane Lowery scored all three goals to lead Shepherd (WV) University to a 3-0 WVIAC victory over the Mountain Cat soccer team, Sunday afternoon in Shepherdstown, W.Va.  Pitt-Johnstown dropped to 1-13-1 overall and 1-6-1 in conference-play.
     Lowery put the Rams in front 1-0 off of a Griffin Frazier assist 28 minutes into the match.
     Shepherd held that lead until the 71st minute when Lowery netted his second goal of the match.  Four minutes later, Lowery connected on his third goal to set the final at 3-0.
     Eddie Stover (New Kensington, Pa.) took the loss in goal for Pitt-Johnstown after allowing three goals and making three saves.  Alex Aleshire earned the shutout in goal for Shepherd.  Aleshire faced 11 Mountain Cat shots and made five saves.
     The Rams rasied their record to 6-8-1 overall and 4-4-0 in the WVIAC.
     The Mountain Cats close out the 2012 season with a WVIAC road match at Davis & Elkins (WV) College on Wednesday.
