Berlyn Hubler Places 54th at WVIAC Championships  
     10/20/07...Lady Cat freshman runner Berlyn Hubler placed 54th at Saturday's West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WVIAC) Women's Cross Country Championships in Wheeling WV.
     Hubler finished the 6K course with a time of 30:17.  Seton Hill University's Anna Cote won the individual women's title witha time of 23:58. 
     West Virginia Wesleyan College won the team championship with 37 points.  Wheeling Jesuit (WV) University finished second with 61 points, followed by Seton Hill (88 points), Concord (WV) University (106 points) and Alderson-Broaddus (WV) College (115 points).

Berlyn Hubler Places 11th at Waynesburg Invitational 
     10/13/07...Lady Cat freshman cross country runner Berlyn Hubler earned her highest finish of the 2007 season by placing 11th at Saturday's Waynesburg College Invitational.
     Hubler, who placed 11th out of 24 runners, finished the 6K course with a time of 29:10.

Berlyn Hubler Finishes 34th at Pitt Greensburg Invitational  
     10/06/07...Pitt Johnstown women's cross country runner Berlyn Hubler earned a 34th-place finish at Saturday's Pitt Greensburg Bobcat Invitational.  This year's race featured eight teams and 74 runners.
     Hubler finished the 3.6 mile course located at the Westmoreland County Fairgrounds with a time of 30:40.
     Seton Hill University won the team competition with 29 points.  Waynesburg College was second with 31 points, followed by Franciscan (OH) University (80 points), Penn State-Altoona (91 points) and Pitt Greensburg (150 points).
     Seton Hill's Anna Cote won the individual championship with a time of 24:06.

Berlyn Hubler Finishes 71st at St. Vincent Invitational
     09/22/07...The Pitt Johnstown women's cross country team competed in the Saint Vincent College 5K Invitational on Saturday, and Berlyn Hubler (West Branch High School), placed 71 out of 111 runners to pace the team. Her time was 24:16. The freshman runner, in her first collegiate event, finished with a time of 24:16.
