     09/02/12... (Box Score) Zeke Buchta (Mount Pleasant, Pa.) gave the Mountain Cats a 1-0 first half lead, but Shippensburg University battled back with a pair of goals to deal the Mountain Cat soccer team a tough 2-1 loss, Sunday night to close out the 2012 Shippensburg Tournament.  Pitt-Johnstown fell to 0-2-0 on the year.
     Buchta scored 13 minutes into the match to give the Mountain Cats an early 1-0 advantage.
     However, Shippensburg answered with a late first half goal when Aaron Archibald beat Pitt-Johnstown goalkeeper Tim Ofman (New Florence, Pa.) with just 36 seconds remaining to even the score at the half.
     It stayed that way until the 69th minute when the Red Raiders took their first lead of the night on a goal by Patrick Urmson.
     Shippensburg, which outshot Pitt-Johnstown 27-6, held on to the lead and went on to the 2-1 victory.
     Ofman took the loss in his first collegiate start in goal and slipped to 0-1-0.  Ofman allowed both goals and made nine saves.  Clay Sale allowed just one goal and made four saves to earn the win in net for Shippensburg.
     The Red Raiders evened their record at 1-1-0.
     The Mountain Cats travel to Bloomsburg on Friday, before making their 2012 home debut against Slippery Rock on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 4 p.m. at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field.
