Pitt-Johnstown sophomore catcher Kyle Morrow (McVeytown, Pa.), continued to add to his post-season awards on Friday when he was unanimously tabbed First-Team National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) All-Atlantic Region.  In addition, sophomore second baseman Jake Warner (Dillsburg, Pa.) garnered second-team honors, while senior outfielder Drew Westover (Flinton, Pa.) and sophomore pitcher Derek Younker (Big Cove Tannery, Pa.) were honorable mention all region choices... Morrow, a First-Team All-WVIAC choice, was named First-Team Daktronics and First-Team ABCA/Rawlings All-Atlantic Region earlier this week.  hit .319 with 12 home runs and a team-best 48 RBI.  Morrow also led Pitt-Johnstown in total bases (103), was second in runs (41) and third in double (14). Nationally, Morrow ranks ninth in sacrifice flies (7), 22nd in home runs (12), 26th in home runs per game (.24), 75th in RBI (48), and 79th in RBI per game (.98).
     Warner, a First-Team All-WVIAC player in 2012, joined Head Coach Todd Williams' starting line-up in 2012 and batted .393 on his way to leading the Mountain Cats in hits (66), doubles (17), triples (4), and runs (47). Warner also belted three home runs and drove in 25.  He ranks seventh in the country in toughest to strike out (24.0), 56th in triples (4), 66th in doubles (17), and 70th in doubles per game (.35).
     Younker, who started the season in the Pitt-Johnstown bullpen before joining the starting rotation earned a spot on the All-WVIAC Second-Team.  He finished his sophomore season with a 6-1 record and a 2.20 ERA in 49 innings-pitched. Younker also fanned 33, while allowing just 12 base-on-balls.
    
Westover, a 2012 Second-Team All-WVIAC selection and 2011 honorable mention all-conference choice, hit .358 with a team leading 13 homers.  A 2012 Second-Team Daktronics All-Region selection, Westover also collected 43 RBI, 10 doubles, and scored 36 runs. His .30 home runs per game rank 13th in NCAA Division II, while his 13 home runs rank 18th and his .689 slugging percentage ranks 24th.
