Assistant Professor, Business Management/Entrepreneurship

Tenure track/Non Tenure track position as Assistant Professor of Management, beginning August 2012. Teaching load is four courses (12 credits) per semester. Ph.D. in Business or related field preferred; graduate study in Business beyond the Masters level considered; teaching experience at the college level required; extensive professional experience in an upper level management role desirable.

Teaching responsibilities include four courses each academic semester, and may include Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship and possible supervision of the program’s internship program. The successful candidates will also be expected to assist in all departmental operations, including academic advising and career counseling, and to engage in appropriate professional development.

The Department of Business offers four-year undergraduate degree programs with concentrations in accounting (financial accounting and managerial accounting tracks), finance, information systems, management (general and human resources tracks), and marketing.
