University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown
The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown is committed to providing quality health care for students with health problems or injuries. Services include primary assessment and treatment of health problems; health education programs; and referral for health-related services when indicated.
All students are required to have an up-to-date health record on file with Health Services, including documentation of current immunization status.
Students with chronic health problems are encouraged to visit the office before beginning the academic school year to meet with the Health Office Staff to discuss their medical concerns.

Submit a Care Network Report
A Care Report is used to provide information to Student Affairs staff regarding concerns that you may have for a member of the University Community. These concerns include, but are not limited to, affirmative action, disability, emotional, harassment, health, housing, and judicial. You have the option to remain anonymous, if you wish.
