Disability Services

At UPJ we offer special services to students with disabilities. The purpose of these services is to enhance our students' educational experience at UPJ and to assure that the University does not discriminate against any student with a disability.

Our services include:

• individualized academic counseling
• academic and testing accommodations
• academic and personal support
• one-on-one tutoring in areas of need
• access to adaptive equipment for academic use
• working with faculty, staff, and students to increase disability awareness
• meeting with faculty and students to help establish nondiscriminatory classroom policies
• working to make UPJ a barrier free environment for all students with disabilities
