     The Mountain Cat baseball team made it three straight wins and raised its overall record to 7-5 on the year with an 11-1 and 4-0 doubleheader sweep over the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia on Thursday in Fort Pierce, FL. Senior right hander Justin Ronan (Lilly, Pa.) struck out eight hitters in game one, while senior left hander Ryan Harner (Dauphin, Pa.) pitched a complete-game shutout in the nightcap to lead Pitt Johnstown.
     In game one, Ronan struckout eight, and gave up five hits on his way to improving to 3-0 on the year. Junior Josh Mearkle (Everett, Pa.) had two hits and three RBI and sophomore Cody Gallaher (Sidman, Pa.) chipped in a pair of hits and two RBI. In addition, sophomore outfielder Adam Plummer (Bellwood, Pa.) and freshman outfielder Scott Parnell (Export, Pa.) each had two hits.
     In Thursday's second game, Harner improved to 2-0 with his complete-game, four strikeout effort. Plummer finished 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI to lead Pitt Johnstown offensively.
