Dr. Karunaratne has been a member of the Pitt-Johnstown Electrical Engineering Technology faculty since 2004. He is an Associate Professor and Department Chair, EET.
Industrial Experience:Extensive industry experience working in the Silicon Valley semiconductor industry in EDA/CAD software development; application engineering support; design, testing and verification of IC components.Degrees Held:Bachelor of Science from the University of MoratuwaMaster of Science from the University of Mississippi Ph.D., from the University of ArizonaOther Information:Research interests in Semiconductor Testing and Verification, Low Power Design and Analysis; IC Design automation. Authored fifteen (15) publications. Member IEEE.
