The second floor of Blackington Hall houses 5 computer labs. Used as both general "teaching" classrooms and specialized labs, these facilities are open to UPJ students when not scheduled for classes.

This wing of Blackington Hall also houses the Computer Science Department and Information Technology's ResNet Coordinator's Office and the Computer Lab Attendant Desk.
