PITT-JOHNSTOWN FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS: Need to reserve a room for a meeting or event? There are now two ways to reserve space for your group’s event.
1) Online Requests: Visit the “Conference Center” portion of the Campus Services website (http://campusservices.upj.pitt.edu/) to submit requests. You will be notified via email as to the status of your request.
*Students: Because your request will be automatically sent to Student Life for approval, there is no need to complete a Facility Use Request form when requesting online. If Student Life approves your event, the request is then automatically sent to the Conference Center for processing. You will be notified via email if the space requested is available and reserved for you. Someone from Conference Services will contact you if there is a conflict or question.
2) Facility Use Request Form: Download and complete a Facility Use Form (Facility Use Form) and submit to the Conference Center. You will be notified via email or phone if the space requested is available and reserved for you. A signed copy of the form will also be faxed to you. Someone from Conference Services will contact you if there is a conflict or question.
*Students: The form must be filled out, approved by a member of the Student Life Office (signature required,) then submitted to the Conference Center if you are not requesting space online. You will be contacted via phone or email as to the status of your request. Once a reservation is approved, the Facility Use Request is signed and faxed back to Student Life or the fax number indicated on the form.
All requests must be submitted at least 5 days in advance.
