Accounting Concentration

The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown offers two options or tracks for accounting majors.  Students may choose from the financial (CPA) track and the managerial track.  The Accounting Department has proven to be successful in placing graduates in many facets of accounting.  For greater detail on the accounting curriculum, click the links in the upper left-hand corner.

Accounting and Finance Majors are involved in various aspects of financial analysis and mastering all levels of computing to be competitive in the business environment.

While most of the lecture classes are located in Krebs Hall, the Computing Labs are located in nearby Blackington Hall. Pitt-Johnstown students are eligible to receive free software to enable them to complete their assignments at home or in the student labs where student assistants are available.

 Finance Concentration
