Mr. Yunetz began his career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, in Pittsburgh, PA. He was an assistant senior accountant and was the accountant-in-charge for divisions of several Fortune 500 companies. He served in the audit department.
After serving in public accounting, Mr. Yunetz obtained extensive experience in the "Real World" as he has served in many capacities.
Mr. Yunetz was employed as a manager of Finance, Taxes and Business Systems with Dietrich Indusries, Blairsville, PA, where he was responsible for the cash management of a $20 million portfolio, daily cash flow, debt structure analysis, and debt financing.
Mr. Yunetz served as Senior Operations Controller for Crown American Realty Trust, in Johnstown, PA where he was responsible for property level financial statements for 16 regional malls. He also served on the corporate steering committee and new business development team.
Most recently Mr. Yunetz was the President/Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer of TOMA Metals, Inc. in Johnstown, PA where under his direction the business increased from $8.5 million in annual revenue and 23 employees to $50 million in annual revenue and 100 employees. Under his leadership the company received the "Gross Proft Award" twice recognizing superior gross profit among 36 owned subsidiaries from its parent company.
Mr. Yunetz was the recipient of the AOC/Institute of Management Accountants 2002 Financial Executive of the Year Award and the 1991 U.S. Small Business Administration, Small Business Institute Case of the Year, National Graduate Co-Runner-up Award.
