     The #7-ranked Mountain Cat wrestling team improved to 12-2 on the year with a pair of one-sided victories at Saturday's 2005 East Coast Duals at Shippensburg University. Pitt Johnstown opened the day with a 32-16 win over UNC-Pembroke, before earning seven falls in a 54-0 crushing of Limestone (SC) College. Red-shirt freshman Albert Miles (Canonsburg, Pa./Canon McMillan H.S.) picked up two falls, including one in :15 against Limestone.
     Pitt Johnstown was tested early against UNC-Pembroke. After trailing 6-3, the Mountain Cats rallied to outscore UNC-Pembroke 29-10 over the next eight matches. Along with Miles, who pinned Justin McIntire in :52, All-Americans Thad Benton (141 lbs.) (Claysburg, Pa./Claysburg-Kimmel H.S.), Ryan Ickes (149 lbs.) (Claysburg, Pa./Claysburg-Kimmel H.S.) and Howard Bell (197 lbs.) (Irwin, Pa./Penn Trafford H.S.) also won by fall. Junior National Qualifier Zach Majocha (HWT.) (Upper Burrell, Pa./Burrell H.S.) picked up a 19-4 technical fall over Eric Payne, while junior two-time National Qualifier Ryon Mazzocco (125 lbs.) (Cresson, Pa./Penn Cambria H.S.) won an 11-7 decision over Matt Schoffner.
     The Mountain Cats ended the day by pummelling Limestone. Miles pinned Joseph Schreckhise at 184 lbs. in :15 to highlight the match. Red-shirt freshman Brandon Reasy (133 lbs.) (New Enterprise, Pa./Northern Bedford H.S.), junior Jay Matteo (149 lbs.) (New Castle, Pa./Laurel H.S.), red-shirt freshman Eric Svec (157 lbs.) (Greensburg, Pa./Greensburg-Salem H.S.), red-shirt freshman Rob Sakmar (165 lbs.) (Johnstown, Pa./Richland H.S.), sophomore Jason Jones (184 lbs.) (Irwin, Pa./Penn Trafford H.S.) and sophomore Mike Fowler (197 lbs.) (Carrolltown, Pa./Cambria Heights H.S.) also won by fall, while Benton won by forfeit at 141 lbs. and red-shirt freshman Derrek Bosso (125 lbs.) (Pequea, Pa./Penn Manor H.S.) and Majocha (HWT.) each collected decision victories.
