Patrick Moon-Rhoades

Hometown: Johnstown, PA

Graduate of: Westmont Hilltop Area High School

Here at Pitt-Johnstown: Senior, Double Major in Mechanical and Civil Engineering Technology, Minor in Mathematics

Why did you choose Pitt-Johnstown? I chose Pitt-Johnstown because of its great Engineering program and I could commute from home. However, I may be a commuter, but I am on campus from 8am to 9pm four days a week.

Favorite Pitt-Johnstown Experience: All of the fun, community building events and clubs on campus.

Favorite Place on Campus: The Engineering and Science Building

In addition to being a "STAR": I am also a member of UPJ Concert Band, Circle K, Concrete Canoe Team, Steel Bridge Team, Out of Mana Guild, Real World Action Program, WUPJ Radio, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of Undergraduate Engineers, Johnstown Civic Concert Band, Forest Hills Community Band, Habitat for Humanity, Beta Beta Beta, Light the Night, and Adult leader of a local Boy Scout Troop.
