Graduates must report to the Wellness Center gym between 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Guests should arrive at the Sports Center by 12:30 p.m. More information to follow.
REGISTRATION:
The registration link has been removed. If you would still like to march at Commencement, please e-mail Kim Miller kimiller@pitt.edu no later than 12:00 Noon, Friday, April 19, 2013.
TICKETS:
Each Graduate participating in the ceremony will receive FOUR (4) guest tickets to Commencement. Extra tickets are not available through Conference Services; however, extra seating is available to those without tickets in the Wellness Center gym.
GRADUATES MUST REGISTER ONLINE TO MARCH AND PURCHASE REGALIA BEFORE PICKING UP TICKETS.
Tickets may be picked up at the Living/Learning Center Front Desk APRIL 1 through APRIL 18, 2013 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. only.
You must show your Pitt-Johnstown ID in order to receive your tickets. Please do not send friends or parents to pick up your tickets.

UPDATES:
IMPORTANT--ENHANCED SAFETY & SECURITY MEASURES
We are proactively taking steps to implement enhanced safety & security measures for the upcoming Commencement Ceremony, which will include bag searches, pat downs, & visual checks upon entering the building. Due to these extra measures, you and your guests will enter throught the main entrance between the Sports Center & Wellness Center. There will be additional security personnel at this entrance.
You and your guests can help this process by bringing only essential items with you. Backpacks, packages, and over-sized purses will not be permitted in the facility. Please leave any items that may be in question in your vehicle or other location, as we will not be providing a bag-check service to hold your items.
