Students, staff and faculty have the option of filing a judicial complaint when there is an alleged Code of Conduct violation and Academic Integrity violation. Information such as dates, times, location and witness names will be needed. The form may be accessed on line or by visiting Judicial Affairs in G-04 Student Union Building.
