As a Lady Cat
          Sheena followed-up her freshman season with an outstanding sophomore season in 2008-09.  Sheena, Two-Time WVIAC Player of the Week selection, was named Second-Team All-WVIAC after finishing second on the team in scoring (14.3 ppg.) and third in rebounding (4.9 rpg.) and assists (3.2).  She also shot 52.1% from the field, 44.4% from behind the three-point line and 76.8% from the free-throw line.  Sheena’s 63 steals paced the Lady Cats, while her 95 assists ranked second on the team.
    
Sheena enters the 2009-10 season 297 points shy of becoming the 32nd Lady Cat 1,000-point scorer and 104 rebounds away from breaking into the top-30 on the Lady Cat All-Time Rebounding List.
    
She led Pitt-Johnstown in scoring 11 times, rebounding seven time and assists 10 times in 2008-09.  Sheena scored in double-figures in 27 of the Lady Cats’ 30 games.  She also pulled down five or more rebounds 16 times and dished out five or more assists four times.
    
Sheena joined Coach Palmer’s starting lineup and made an immediate impact as a true freshman in 2007-08 on her way to being named to the WVIAC All-Freshmen Team.  Sheena was the Lady Cats’ second leading scorer (10.1 ppg.) and fourth leading rebounder (4.7 rpg.).  She was also third in assists (66) and steals (39). Her 80.9% (76-94) free-throw percentage ranked second on the team behind Lindsay Cale and 85th in NCAA Division II, while her 45.0% (98-218) shooting from the field led the team.
    
Sheena paced the team in scoring four times as a freshman.  She also led or tied for the team lead in rebounding five times.  Sheena scored in double-figures 13 times and grabbed five or more rebounds 12 times.
    
Sheena has career-highs of 27 points at West Virginia Wesleyan College on Jan. 12, 2009 and 10 rebounds at Ohio Valley (WV) University on Dec. 4, 2008.  Sheena has also dished out seven assists on three occasions.

At Lakeview High School
     Sheena, a three-time First-Team All-State selection and a three-time Region III and District X Most Valuable Player, ended her career as Lakeview High School, Mercer County and District X’s all-time leading scorer with 2,421 points.  She also grabbed 812 career rebounds, dished out 491 assists and made 475 steals.
    
As a senior, Sheena led Region III (French Valley Conference) in scoring for the fourth straight season at 22.7 points per game.  She also averaged seven rebounds, six steals and six assists per game.  Sheena shot 52.0% from the field and 91.9% from the free-throw line.
    
Sheena led Lakeview to a pair of PIAA State Playoff Quarterfinal appearances, as well as 2005 District X and Region III championships.  In 2003-04, Sheena was named First-Team All-Region III and the District X Freshman of the Year.
    
She was coached by her father, Steve, at Lakeview High School.
