Ms. Lee-Asonevich's previous teaching experience includes 5 years at Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania and two years as an adjunct instructor at Corning Community College in Corning, New York. Her employment also expands 26 years of management from owning her own catering business, directing a 15-county non-profit organization that handled childcare resources and referrals, and serving as the Northeast Representative for Auntie Anne's Corporation with oversight responsibility for nearly 33 franchises. She is completing a Doctorate of Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from North Central University; holds a Masters of Business Administration from Frostburg State University; a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Cornell University; a Bachelors of English, with a Minor in Women's Studies, from Frostburg State University; and an Associate's Degree from Potomac State College of West Virginia University.
Her areas of research interest include Small Business Development and Start-up, Organizational Culture and Diversity, Family and Work Balance, Changing Workforce, Effective Leadership, Improved Quality of Work Life for Employees and Managers, Customer Relationship Management, Improving Customer Satisfaction, Employee Training and Effectiveness of Social Media Marketing.
Ms. Lee-Asonevich professional memberships are the American Marketing Association, Cambria Somerset Human Resources Association, League of Women Voters of Indiana County and United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
She resides in Johnstown, PA. with her husband Dr. Walter Asonevich. She has two children with a daughter living in the Rochester, New York area and a son living in the Charlottesville, Virginia area. She also has five grandchildren with two living in New York and three living in Virginia.
