This document is intended to provide First Year students with an overview of living on campus.

This document outlines the terms and conditions for residence at Pitt-Johnstown for the 2012-2013 year. All students living on campus must agree to these terms and conditions as part of the online housing process. Also referred to as the housing contract. Only students under the age of 18 need to return a paper contract. All other students will accept the contract online through the application process.

under Pennsylvania law, students enrolled in a Pennsylvania institution of higher education and who reside in University operated student housing, are required to be vaccinated against meningococcal disease or seek exemption from this law. Only students under the age of 18 need to complete this paper form and return to Housing and Residence Life. Students over 18 will complete this form as part of the online application process.

Students wishing to cancel their housing contract to commute from home or another locations must complete this form.

This document outlines the items that you are encouraged to bring with you to campus, as well as those items that you will need to leave at home. Students are encouraged to coordinated with one's roommate(s) regarding who will bring which items to avoid duplicate items in the room.
