The kitchens have full stoves, refrigerators, and a kitchen table and chair set. The Living room comes with a University loveseat, chair, end table, coffee table, and torch lamp. Each bedroom contains one bed, dresser, closet, desk, and chair per student. Each townhouses accommodates five students.
