Confidentiality

Federal law protects a student’s right to privacy. All information and records that students, parents/guardians, other offices, and/or disability services professionals submit to the Academic Support Center will be treated as confidential, and the ASC will not release information about a specific student’s disability unless the student expressly gives us his/her permission to do so.
