Confidentiality

Federal law protects a student’s right to privacy. All information and records that students, parents/guardians, other offices, and/or other professionals submit to the Office of Disability Services will be treated as confidential, and the information about a specific student’s disability will not be released unless the student expressly gives their permission to do so.
