The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Financial Aid Office, together with PHEAA, invites college-bound students to receive free assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) during the FAFSA Completion Day.
The UPJ Financial Aid staff will be available from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, February 9 in Blackington Hall. “Our primary goal is to make sure that the first step to financial aid is completed accurately so that funds can be made available to those striving for a higher education. We will provide free on-site guidance on how to complete the 2008-2009 FAFSA and computer access for students who want to complete their FAFSA that day,” said Joni Trovato, UPJ assistant director, financial aid.
Those interested in attending the session should contact the UPJ Financial Aid Office at 814-269-7045 or 800-881-5544 to make a reservation. Reservations are required and will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
