What shoud I do if I lose or forget my card?

If you lose your ID card, a replacement ID is available for $20.00 at Information Systems located in room 115 Biddle Hall.

If you have temporarily misplaced your card or have left it at home, a temporary ID can be issued to you for $5 in the Information Systems office.   Temporary cards normally expire 7 days from the date of issue.
